This section is good because there are no crowds, and it has a beautiful winding shape like a dragon's back, which bends around the hills and the river. Walking along the wall, pay attention: in some places you can see what the floor slabs are made of - rice husks. Next to the wall there is a chestnut garden. We will make a circle, then go down on a trolley to the reservoir. We will take a boat to the beginning of our route.
Temple of Heaven - In ancient China, they believed that the emperor was a messenger of heaven, so there should be a special connection between them, which was carried out through an annual solemn prayer on the day of the winter solstice in one of the most architecturally perfect Chinese temples. It was built in 1420 in the southeast of the capital of the Celestial Empire by the then ruling Ming dynasty. Initially, it was called the "Temple of Heaven and Earth", but a hundred years later a separate temple was erected for worship of the Earth. Everything here personifies the relationship between these two opposites, every detail is symbolic. Particularly indicative in this regard is the prayer hall - the main one in the entire temple complex.

Xi'an is an ancient imperial capital and the eastern starting point of the Silk Road, let's remember this fact. The architecture of the area is in the style of the Ming and Qin dynasties. With the Drum Tower to the south and the memorial arches to the north, the area encompasses many ancient courtyards. It is home to about 60,000 Muslims, who clearly maintain the ancient religion and way of life of their ancestors. People come here not only to watch, but also to have a snack at one of the many restaurants or street food stalls with excellent local delicacies of Xi'an and traditional snacks of Shaanxi province.
